1. Who we are
Offload ("we," "us") provides an AI selling agent: you photograph an item, and our software helps identify it, write a listing, price it, negotiate with buyers, and get you paid. By using our website or app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Offload.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. For now, Offload is offered in the United States.
3. Selling on Offload
When you list an item, you confirm that you own it, that it's accurately represented, and that selling it is legal. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed. We may review, decline, remove, or suspend any listing or account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.
Our AI drafts your listings, prices, and negotiation responses. You're responsible for reviewing them — the listing is yours once published, and AI-generated content can contain mistakes.
4. Fees and payments
Listing is free. When an item sells, we deduct a success fee, shown to you before your listing goes live, and the rest is yours. Payments are processed by Stripe; to receive payouts you must complete Stripe's onboarding, including identity verification, and you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payouts are released after delivery is confirmed and a short buyer-review window passes.
5. Buying on Offload
Purchases are from the individual seller, not from Offload. If an item never arrives or isn't as described, report it within 3 days of delivery and we'll work it out; otherwise the sale is final and the seller is paid.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Offload is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any item will sell, at what price, or how fast. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and give notice in the app. Continuing to use Offload after changes means you accept them.
